What do you think about Captain Preston, Private Kilroy, and Private Montgomery and their actions and intentions on the night of March 5th 1770. What do you think about the crowd? Was it a mob? Who was responsible for the massacre ultimately? What if there was a "do over"? What could have been changed? What would you have done in their shoes- either a soldier's shoes, or someone in the mob. Which witnesses in your class did the best job in determining the outcome of the case? Which attorney's were most persuasive, and what were their techniques for interviewing witnesses and making things clear to the jury?
